Can I bring my own caterer?
Yes, you will be charged a $300 fee to use the kitchen and will receive a refund of $100 once you have cleaned up behind yourself.
How far in advance can I book my event?
You can book as far in advance as you would like. However, your date will not be secured until you pay your initial deposit, which is fifty percent of the rental fee.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
No, there is a $150 bar fee which includes a fully stocked bar and bartender. In addition you have two options (1) cash bar in which your guest will pay their own tab (2) open bar wherein you determine how much money to place of your tab.
Can I come in a day early to setup my event?
It will depend on bookings for that date. If we are booked the day before your event then you will not be allowed to set-up before. If we are not booked the day before your event you can call (803) 931-3112 to make arrangements.
Can I leave my belongings and pick them up the next day?
No, you are required per the rental agreement to take all your belongings with you at the end of your event. There will be a $75 holding fee if belongings stay after 24 hours.
When can I come in for a walk-thru?
You will need to call and schedule an appointment between the hours of 10:00 am - 8:00 pm Monday through Sunday.
Do you have adequate parking?
Yes, we have agreements with surrounding businesses for extended parking as well as a 20 passenger shuttle bus that will transport you to and from The Landing.
